Beginning August 22, 2007 get Fall Sale Ahead! Free Shipping on orders over $50. You will be presented the option of selecting Free Shipping if you qualify during the checkout process. We guarantee to ship your order via an appropriate shipping method using a shipping company that quotes a delivery time for your package within 2-9 days. In addition, your order will be insured against loss and damage in the event that the shipping company loses your package or the contents are damaged in transit. The insurance amount will be equal to the price you paid for your order (see Our Shipping Policies Page for full details).
Restrictions on Free Shipping
Offer valid for shipping within the United States only. Guaranteed carrier estimated delivery within 2-9 not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and US territory addresses. Offer does not include 1-day or 2-day expedited shipping, handling or RUSH SHIPPING charges. May not be applied to previous orders. Free shipping offer expires on 10/31/07 or while supplies last. Free shipping discount will be applied at checkout. Maximum weight for any order, or multiple orders by any customer, or for any single shipping or billing address is 30 lbs. total. Special order, custom order, Refills and items not in stock are not eligible for this offer. We reserve the right to cancel any quote or order confirmation that offers Free Shipping in the event that an order, customer or address does not qualify under these terms.
Fall Sale Ahead! Shipping Order Status
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the name of the shipping company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS), the shipping method (e.g. Ground, Priority Mail, Express Saver), the Quoted Delivery Date, and a tracking number and link (to track your number online with that shipping company). The same information will also be on your My Orders page.
Please allow from 8-24 hours for your shipping company to begin to update your tracking info.
You can check the status of any order by visiting our My Orders page found via the My Account link visible on every shopping cart page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page, will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
Fall Sale Ahead! Free Gift Wrapping Offer
We offer free gift wrapping service on any order over $50 during the Fall Sale Promotion period. If you select the Free Shipping & Fall Sale Gift Wrap option during checkout your order will automatically be gift wrapped. Free gift wrapping may delay your quoted shipping and delivery times by up to one delivery day. If you do not select free shipping you may still request free gift wrapping. To qualify, specify "Free Gift Wrapping" in the Add Comments About Your Order window on the shipping or payment page during the checkout process. Type in any additional Message you would like included on a card in the same window. In addition, you may request that we not gift wrap your order, but instead send gift wrap along with your order (in case you want to do the wrapping yourself!). Just let us know.

If any provision (or part thereof) of this Entire Agreement, is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, as part of a final non-appealable ruling, government action, or binding arbitration, to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced as nearly as possible in accordance with the stated intention of the parties, while the remainder of this Entire Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and bind the parties according to its terms.
