This applies to unused, unmarked, undamaged, and fully re-sellable merchandise only, with all of its original packaging intact. If for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, just contact Customer Service and we'll take care of it!
There are no refunds for: merchandise that has been personalized, special orders (see: Corporate and Custom Orders), items labeled final sale, any closeout inventory or bulk purchases (including items discounted for volume).

Changing an Order If you need to change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service. To ensure accuracy, please furnish the order number, and the item number (or a good description), so we can determine the exact item that you would like to cancel. If you have already completed an order, and wish to add or remove items, we may need to cancel your initial order completely, and place a new order. Customer Service can assist you quickly, if the order has not been processed. If your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Order Status You can check the status of any order by visiting our My Orders page found via the My Account link visible on every shopping cart page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page, will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
Phone and Fax Orders If you don't feel comfortable ordering products online, we can accept orders over the phone, or via our secure Fax Order Department. Before calling, please note the product numbers (see below example below) of the items you wish to order.
To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name [encased in square brackets] e.g.

Only authorized personnel ever have access to your personal information. You can securely Fax orders to 1-646-393-9305 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When placing orders via Fax, please include the following information:
1). Each Item Name, Item Number and the Quantity you are ordering.
2). Your full Ship To Address and a Ship To Phone number (so the shipping company can call if there is a concern).
3). Your Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Date and your 3 to 4 digit Credit Card Security Code What's This?.
4). Your Billing Name and Address as it appears on your credit card statement.
5). A Contact Phone or Fax number in case we have questions about your order.
6). How you would like your order confirmed: via phone, fax back, email, or would you like the order just added to your My Orders page found via the My Account link on our shopping cart? To have the order added to your My Orders page you must include the email address you used when you registered via the My Account link.
7). How would you like your order shipped: Least Expensive (2-9 days), Ground (1-5 days), Priority (2-3 days) or Next Day.
