About the Address Book's Cover and Spine
The Little Red Address Book has finely crafted, decorative, hardbound, Smyth sewn covers sporting a faux "Old Red Leather" look complete with delicate, curled, gold leaf front and back cover borders and a gold detailed spine. The covers have rounded corners to ensure the journal can be tucked away easily inside pockets and bags. The covers are not made of real leather (no cow was sacrificed here) which is why it is faux Old Leather. But the effect is most impressive and costs only a small fraction of what a real leather book would cost. Nevertheless, the construction is top rate and unless you must have real leather this book is sure to please!
