There are 39 included tab stickers that affix to the tab dividers. The tab stickers are supplied in three different color groups: green, grey and orange. Each of the three color groups have pre-printed tab sticker for: Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Grains & Pasta, Vegetables & Fruit, Eggs & Dairy, Fish & Sea Food, Meats & Poultry, Breads, Desserts, and Beverages. In addition there are nine blank colored tab stickers for your own categories.
