Shipping Order Status
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the name of the shipping company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS), the shipping method (e.g. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Express Saver), the Quoted Delivery Date (estimate only!), and a tracking number and link (to track your number online with that shipping company). The same information will also be on your My Orders page.

Note: Tracking information is not available on all packages at all times. Occasionally, packages can't be tracked at all due to outages in the shipping comany tracking systems. We regret shipping companies sometimes fail to provde accurate or up-to-date tracking information, in which case we are unable to determine package location ourselves. In case of missing or incomplete tracking data call the shipping company directly with the tracking number provided by us (although sometimes this may not help either).
